Contour Glucose Meter

The Contour glucose meters have proven themselves as fast and reliable glucose meters compared to others on the market. You will find the Contour is easy to use as well and from what I have found a good size for those with dexterity issues. I personally like the glucose meters smaller, so the size is not exactly what I am looking for in travel and that is why I have the Contour USB Glucose Meter for this purpose. As a very picky person and having the money to change out my meter without any problems, I believe it is something for me to recommend a meter or anything. I do recommend the Contour glucose meters to most diabetics looking for ease of use, reliability and speed of testing.

I have been a user of the Contour glucose meter for a year now and figured I would add a comment briefly on my experience with this diabetes product. As an avid user of my glucose meter, testing 4-6 times a day, I have gone through meters very quickly due to normal tear from this regular use. I have found that the Contour blood glucose meter has made it longer than any of my meters. My husband was giving me grief about getting a new meter and I realized how long this little guy has been apart of my life. I would recommend the Contour as a workhorse that will keep working and give accurate results.

I have been using the Contour glucose meter and would recommend it to anyone in need of blood glucose testing. The functionality is always as smooth as butter with no errors. The size is just right to fit in the palm of my hand and the test strips are just as easy to handle. I typically can test with my Contour glucose meter in under a minute and be back to my daily without fail. A long time ago, an older meter I had that was supposed to be one of the better brands, would always freeze up or take longer than expected when I was in the biggest hurry. Or the test strips would not get enough sample and test results would error. It has been a relief with the Contour glucose meter to never go through that crap again. I give this glucose meter 5 stars because for me I have never seen or had a better meter.

My favorite glucose meter is now the Contour glucose meter! I have been completely satisfied for the last two weeks using this highly accurate meter. Every test so far has been easy with features designed to make every blood glucose test smooth and easy transition in to each step, many times doing a lot of the work for you. The thing I really like about this meter is the Contour glucose meter has under-fill detection; basically lets you know if you gave it enough sample. I can't tell you how many times using my past glucose meter, it gave me false readings because it did not have enough blood in the test strip. Diabetes is no joke and when you have a glucose meter that gives you the features you need, it can be the difference between years on your life. That is why I believe in promoting the Contour glucose meter .

I have an orange contour glucose meter and love it! I can honestly say that even though testing is not the funnest thing to do, my meter makes me smile. Diabetes is not fun and you have to find what makes you happy sometimes.
